RETURNS

Please contact us via email at clientservices@cloonkeen.com. Our Online Client Service Team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns by arranging a collection of the returned item(s) from your pick up address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on cloonkeen.com may be returned.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact the Client Services team who will assist you in the process. Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage has occurred, please email details of the damage along with your email address, phone number and order number to us at clientservices@cloonkeen.com.
