ORDERS:

How do I purchase a product online?

Select either perfume, home fragrance or body care from the menu on the left-hand side of the page. This will display the products that are available to purchase in that category. Click on the desired item. This will display the product details on the next page. If you wish to purchase the product, select the ‘Add To Cart' button. ‘This product has been added to your shopping cart’ will then appear under the ‘Add To Cart’ button. Next, select the ‘Checkout’ button that appears under the product description or selecting the ‘Shopping Bag’ icon on the top right-hand side of the page. To change the number of items in your cart, simply change the quantity in the box provided. To delete the item, select the bin on the right-hand side under the product price. Then press the ‘Update Shopping cart' button. If you are satisfied with the items and prices in the shopping cart, press ‘Proceed To Checkout’ button. This will bring you to the ‘Checkout’ page. For the shipping address, enter your email address, followed by your First Name, Last Name, Company Details (if required), Street Address, City, Country, State/Province (County) Postal Code and Phone Number. If the billing address is the same as the shipping address, leave the ‘My billing and shipping address are the same.’ box ticked. If the billing address is different than the shipping address untick this box and enter the billing address details. In the next column, select the Shipping Method required. Then, select the payment method. If the item is a gift, select the Gift Options menu item. A drop down will appear to allow you to enclose a gift message with your order. When you have checked the order is correct select ‘Place Order’ on the bottom of the third column. Your order is now complete.


CANDLES:

How do I maximise the burn time of my candle?

The best way to burn a Cloon Keen candle is to burn it three to four hours at a time. This will ensure that the wax pool will expand and there will be no wasted wax in the container. We also recommend that the wick is trimmed to 5 mm. This will prevent sooting while maintaining an even burn. Finally, because the wicks are made from cotton fibre, they may lean to one side as the candle burns. To counteract this, simply centre the wick with a spent match when the candle has been extinguished and the wax is still liquid.

How do I safely burn my candle?

Please follow these safety guidelines when burning a candle:

  • Remove all outer packaging before you use your candle.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not place in a draught.
  • Keep away from flammable materials and surfaces that may be damaged by heat.
  • Place on even non-flammable surface.
  • Do not move the candle when it is lit or while the wax is melted.
  • Keep the candle free from foreign objects (spent matches, wick clippings, etc.).
  • Always trim the wick to 5 mm before relighting the candle and then straighten and centre the wick after extinguishing it.
  • Burn candle 3-4 hours at a time.
  • Discard the candle when wax is approx. 15 mm from the bottom of the container. Do not place on or near a heat source.
